Antibiotic residues in livestock products, especially milk, are a major concern in the livestock industry due to their negative effects on human health. In this study, the levels of antibiotic residues in raw milk and pasteurized milk were compared. Various methods such as ELISA, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were used to identify and measure these residues. The results showed that the levels of antibiotic residues in raw milk were higher than in pasteurized milk, especially for antibiotics such as beta-lactams and tetracyclines, which were the most abundant in the samples. Also, HPLC and LC-MS/MS methods were identified as the most accurate and sensitive methods for identifying antibiotic residues. This study emphasizes the need for careful monitoring and quality control of produced milk, especially at the raw milk production level, to prevent potential risks to human health.
